What is the cost of shipping?
A flat shipping charge of ₹500 is applicable on all orders, regardless of order value.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

  • Domestic Orders (within India): 5–7 working days.

  • International Orders: 7–10 working days.

  • Delivery timelines are mentioned on each product page for your reference.

If your order has multiple items, they may be shipped separately. While we try our best to deliver within the estimated time, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will keep you informed.

What if my order dispatch is delayed?

Can I track my order?
Yes! For orders within India, once your order is shipped, you can track it under the “My Orders” section of your account. Tracking updates will be available within 24 hours of dispatch.


Returns & Exchanges

We take utmost care in packaging and shipping your products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we are here to help.

Return Policy

  • If a product is received damaged during shipment, you must share an unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened and the damage/defect within 24 hours of delivery. Without video proof, return/refund requests may not be processed.

  • We only accept returns if the item shipped to you is defective or damaged. The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery, in its original packaging and unused condition.

  • Upon verification, we will send you a replacement unit once we receive the returned package.

Wrong Product Ordered?
If you ordered the wrong product (example: 3 Litre Cooker instead of 5 Litre Cooker), you may:

  1. Place a new order for the correct product (of equal or higher value, within the same category).

  2. Return the wrongly ordered product along with a note mentioning:
    “Wrong product ordered. New order no. – [XXXX]”

  3. Email us full details of both orders along with your bank/UPI details.
    Refunds for the returned product will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive it.

Important:

  • Returns are only applicable for products purchased directly from www.buyunited.in.

  • Products purchased from offline stores or other online platforms are not eligible for return/refund via this policy.

  • For products supplied by our associates (e.g. Mixer Grinder), the customer must inspect and test the product at delivery. Once accepted, no returns will be entertained.


Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order through the “My Orders” section or by contacting us at info@unitedcookers.com / customer care numbers.

  • United Metalik reserves the right to cancel any order without prior confirmation and may verify orders via phone/email before shipping.


Refunds

How will I get my refund?

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the same payment source (bank/credit card/debit card/UPI).

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Customers must provide bank/UPI details for refund transfer.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

  • Cancelled Orders: 7–10 business days.

  • Returned Products: As soon as the returned product reaches us and passes quality check.

Partial Returns
Yes, you may return one or more items from your order, provided they meet the return eligibility criteria.
